About this blog………

Published by ndtii95

My name is Norm Titterington, amateur hockey player and passionate fan, and I’d like to welcome you to “Hockey Talk for the Intelligent Fan”.  This blog is a place for analysis and discussion about the incredible sport of hockey.  Now, you may ask, why does the world need another hockey blog?

Well, there IS a ton of hockey coverage available.  But so much of it glorifies and focuses on the fighting and hitting, and skips the true beauty of the sport.

Now, I enjoy a good fight or thunderous body check as much as anyone.  But there is so much more to the game - and that’s why I’m here.

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a lifelong diehard Buffalo Sabres fan - I will aim for objectivity, but I certainly won’t promise it.  And, since I am a Sabres fan living in Buffalo, NY, the Sabres will be the team I see the most.  But that shouldn’t ever stop you from interacting with this blog - if you have a thought, question, gripe or reaction to anything that happens in the world of hockey, share it - I’ll welcome any discussion or topic that makes its way into this blog.

Let’s have some fun!
